Even the state fair kings Quiet Riot were accepted again before the death of Kevin DuBrow. Although some comebacks are nice, some are absolutely triumphant. My Top 10 Favorite Original Sountrack Songs of the 80's
The 80's were filled with Soundtrack hits. Kenny Loggins and Phil Collins were the Soundtrack Kings. I am not here to talk about them though. I am here to talk about the soundtracks that spoke to me. The songs that in many secretive ways were the soundtrack to my life. The songs that would play in my head as I walked through high school hallways and school dances. Album Review - Butch Walker / Afraid of Ghosts
I have been know to wax poetic about Butch Walker. Besides reviewing a show of his at The Stone Pony. I have also written an open letter to him. I love his music but I was afraid of what direction he might be heading with his constant bitterness toward the music industry. And then came 'Afraid of Ghosts'
